About Sarah

SARAH lEMME E-BULLETIN DIRECTOR

Sarah Lemme is a counsellor in training specializing in supporting children, adolescents, parents, families and the elderly in overcoming life's challenges.

She recently completed her internship requirement from Yorkville University but has chosen to continue as an intern in two clinics for a little longer to further her learning and professional development. She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Her experience spans across various settings, including the CLSC, readaptation centers, summer camps, and more, providing her with valuable insights into assisting individuals of all ages and from various walks of life.
 
She is passionate about empowering her clients and her goal is to create a nurturing environment where clients can discover their strengths and resilience. Through self-reflection and guidance in a supportive space, she works with her clients to help them navigate life's complexities, uncovering strategies and tools to foster healing, personal growth, and the ability to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
