About tanya

Tanya Rust - Website & social media director

Tanya has a Master of Arts in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa. She is an associate professor with Université Laval and teaches the course, “Relation d’aide et quête de sens”.

Tanya also runs a private practice, T.RUST COUNSELLING, is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, a Canadian Certified Counsellor, and works in web/graphic design. She has spoken at various conferences and seminars in Eastern Canada, topics include: Chronic Illness and grief, self-harm, anxiety, depression, self-worth/expression.
